At Golf Course Way Village, we offer brand new, affordable 2-bedroom homes.
There is no stamp, no entry or exit fees, no council land or water rates and if you decide to sell, you retain capital gains

HOUSE PURCHASE – Price on Application

NO STAMP DUTY – There is no stamp duty payable on the purchase of your home.

NO ENTRY OR EXIT FEES – Golf Course Way Village does not charge admin, entry or exit fees.

LAND LEASE/SITE FEE – You own your home and lease the land where your home is located at a cost of $150 per week.

GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES – If you are currently receiving a pension, you may be eligible for rental assistance which can be paid towards your site fees. You will need to contact Centrelink to check your eligibility.

WATER USAGE – Water usage will be charged quarterly in line with Shoalhaven Water currently $1.90 per kilolitre (1000 litres), average usage is about 5KL per month depending mainly on your garden water usage.

ELECTRICITY USAGE – Electricity usage is charged in line with Origin Energy’s residential rates.

RETAIN CAPITAL GAINS – If you decide to sell your house, you will keep 100% of any profit made on the sale of your home.
